What is the material of your protective glasses?

We only work with very fine and ultra resistant tempered glass.

Does the glass cover the entire screen?

From the iphone 12 onwards, the glass leaves a 1mm gap with the edge of the screen.
Iphones without home button, 1.5 mm space between the beginning of the rounding of the screen and the protective glass.
The iphones with home button, 2 mm space between the beginning of the rounding of the screen and the protective glass.

Is there a notch for the selfie camera?

For Iphones without a home button, yes. For the others, no.

How strong is the glass?

We have selected 2 criteria to achieve the best result:

  1. The glass must be flexible enough to absorb shocks and be easy to install. Our glass can tolerate a torsion angle of up to 70 degrees without deformation.
  2. The glass must be hard to protect from scratches but not harder than the screen otherwise the smartphone can break in case of violent shock. Our glasses are scratch resistant up to 15kg of pressure on a fixed point.

I can't find my model in the list, what should I do?

For the moment, our concept is only available for Iphones. We are testing to be able to propose other brands but we have no date to communicate for the moment. We advise you to follow us on our networks to be kept informed of the news.

How do I create my custom glass?

In the main menu, click on <customize my glass>. Then you have to select your smartphone model from the drop-down list and choose the quantity. You can then click on the <Customize> button, you will be redirected to our software that will allow you to add text and/or import images to create your design. Once you are satisfied with the rendering, click on add to cart and proceed to checkout. Your glass will be at home within 7 days.

What type of image to use for customization?

You can import any type of file .jpg .png .pdf .heic ... the important thing is to have a file / image with white background or without background because the software will convert all colors to gray.

I can't make my creation, what can I do?

If you have a problem with our software or if you can't create the glass you want, contact us by clicking on the messenger button on the bottom right. We will be happy to help you.

Any tips for creating a design?

You have a multitude of solutions but in the easiest, you can use the application Canva which allows you to create texts and logos then import the image in our software or simply find your design already ready on google image.

Can I use a Google image?

Obviously, most of our clients find their design by searching Google image, whether it's a logo, a clipart, a quote, Google is a huge source of inspiration.

How do I glue my glass?

Our glasses are easy to install and take only a few minutes. You will receive all the necessary accessories to clean your smartphone and prepare it for the installation of your personalized glass. We have prepared a video to show you the steps for a perfect installation.

How do I get rid of all the bubbles?

It can happen that some small bubbles remain. The best thing to do is to wait 24 hours and press the bubbles in different directions, in most cases they disappear completely during this second step.

Can I unstick and restick my glass?

If a dust is stuck under the glass and prevents you from evacuating the bubbles, you will have to very carefully peel off the glass from a corner and use one of the stickers provided. By using the sticky part of the sticker against the sticky part of the glass you can easily remove the dust and then re-glue your protective glass.

What are the delivery times?

We prepare your order within 24h/48H, then the delivery takes:

Switzerland: 1-2 working days
FRANCE - EU - UK: 2-5 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 4 - 7 working days

How much does delivery cost?

You don't pay for delivery, we offer it to you ;-)

Is there a tracking number?

No. The shipping costs from Switzerland are extremely expensive and as we want to be able to offer them, we send the orders in an express <letter> format. The reality is that the shipments arrive so fast that even if we had a tracking, by the time we receive it and send it back to you by email, the order is already delivered. Nevertheless, as soon as the order is deposited at the Swiss Post, we send you an email to let you know. Moreover, thanks to this type of sending, you do not have to sign for your parcel, the order is directly deposited in your mailbox.

How is my order delivered?

In a cardboard envelope A5 format and directly in your mailbox as a standard mail without any action required from you.

What is included in my order?

Each order contains: 1 packaging with QR code to the installation video, your personalized protective glass, 1 wet cleaning wipe, 1 microfiber wipe to dry, 3 stickers to remove dust and to use as a guide to install the protective glass.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Customized glasses according to your wish cannot be exchanged if for example you have the wrong model of smartphone. Check your order carefully before validation. If you notice it in the moments following your order, contact us immediately and we will be able to modify it, but as soon as you will have received the confirmation of deposit at the Post Office it will be too late.

If you have ordered a collector's model, we will gladly exchange it as long as the glass is intact and the protective film on the back of the glass is intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will return the correct glass to you upon receipt. You have to inform us before the return by indicating your order number and the model of smartphone you want, you can also take the opportunity to change the logo.
